When visiting Sandra Lackas' Charmosa Pony Stud in early 2015 not only did we love our dear Leo and pretty boy Boo - but Cel was also there, the same foal drop as Leo. She is also the last foal ever produced by Cadence before he was gelded. Mum fell in love with her, despite not needing another pony and being chestnut (a dilute mare would have been ideal). So the discussions begun at home. Mum couldn't stop thinking of the red filly. Needless to say, both Leo and Cel were loaded onto the float that day to come live with us at Jarickni Stud.
Celebrity is a very people orientated pony with the most sweet and gentle nature. Always first to greet you and so placid and level headed to show. Un-phased by the usual triggers, even as a yearling she carried herself around the ring beautifully. Cel possesses stunning movement with a great swing of shoulder and an impressive walk. Neat set ears with a lovely smooth topline and balanced body. She has done so well for us in hand as a yearling, 2yo and 3yo being shown around the state. We look forward to producing a few foals from her in future, hopefully passing on her delightful temperament and movement.
